Honestly, I was a bit worried about getting shortchanged after reading some reviews (I thought they might dispute the condition or authenticity of my books), but I had zero problems getting my full payment. I sent off 5 textbooks in 'very good' shape to a buyer on January 7th and got my $150 payment through Venmo on January 17th. I also reached out to their customer service on January 13th to check on the status of my sale, and they replied a few days later on January 16th. They are responsive, though a tad slow.
